"022 Kanayamidori" as a Companion to Dango for the Full Moon Festival

What You'll Need

・ 4g of "022 Kanayamidori" tea leaves
・ Water for first infusion: 90ml at 60°C
・ Water for second infusion: 100ml at 80°C

Brewing Instructions

1 / First Infusion

Warm the teacup with hot water. Add the tea leaves to the teapot and pour in 90ml of water at 60°C. Let it steep for 2 minutes, then pour into the cup.

2 / Second Infusion

Pour 100ml of water at 80°C into the teapot. Let it steep for 30 seconds, then add it to the first infusion to complete the brew!
