Ingredients

・"038 YAMANO IBUKI" tea leaves 4g
・Water (first infusion) 70°C 100ml
・Water (second infusion) 80°C 110ml

Brewing Method

[1] Brew the first infusion

Put the tea leaves in the teapot, pour 100ml of 70°C water, steep for 1 minute and 10 seconds, then pour.


[2] Brew the second infusion

For the second infusion, pour 110ml of 80°C water into the teapot, steep for 15 seconds, then pour to complete!
