What You'll Need

・4g of "055 Tsuyuhikari Takeo" tea leaves
・First infusion: 80ml of 60°C water
・Second infusion: 120ml of 80°C water

Brewing Method

1. Prepare the First Infusion

Add the tea leaves to the teapot and pour in 80ml of 60°C water. Let it steep for 90 seconds before pouring into a cup. Take a sip to savor the rich umami flavor.

2. Prepare the Second Infusion

Pour 120ml of 80°C water into the teapot, let it steep for 30 seconds, then add it to the first infusion. Your tea is now ready.
