Ingredients

・4g of "038 Yama no Ibuki" tea leaves
・For the first infusion: 100ml of water at 80°C
・For the second infusion: 100ml of water at 80°C
・For the third infusion: 120ml of water at 80°C

Brewing Instructions

1. First Infusion

Add the tea leaves to the teapot, pour in 100ml of 80°C water, and let it steep for 60 seconds before pouring into a cup.

2. Second Infusion and Pairing with Buri Daikon

Pour 100ml of 80°C water into the teapot, let it steep for 10 seconds, then add it to the first infusion. Enjoy this with your buri daikon dish.

3. Third Infusion

Pour 120ml of 80°C water into the teapot, let it steep for 30 seconds, then pour into a cup. Perfect for after your meal!
