"038 Yama no Ibuki" has a rich umami flavor, aroma, and a subtle sweetness. It's a tea recommended for pairing with meals, complementing dishes like buri daikon (simmered yellowtail and daikon radish). By steeping it a bit longer to bring out the bitterness, you can enjoy it without feeling overwhelmed.
Combine the first and second infusions for a cup to accompany your meal, and enjoy the crisp flavor of the third infusion after your meal.
