As the seasons change, around May when the fresh greenery is beautiful, we enter the period between spring and summer. The climate becomes warm and mild, and the new tea harvest begins, marking the "peak season" for tea. Incorporating these seasonal flavors into our bodies is something that seems natural but is often difficult to achieve.
This time, we introduce a recipe that pairs "054 Asanoka", with its refreshing and crisp taste, with a sandwich using peach jam, allowing you to enjoy a slight astringency in the aftertaste. "Asanoka" is a variety that can be enjoyed repeatedly without getting tired, thanks to its well-balanced umami and astringency typical of green tea.

"054 Asanoka" is a new variety born from crossing "Yabukita" with a Chinese variety. It has a fresh, green aroma that passes through the nose, a strong umami, and a subtle astringency. With a clean aftertaste, this tea is well-balanced in all aspects.
