If you set up the tea leaves, ice, and water before you start cleaning, a cold sencha will be ready by the time you finish.

A Reward of "002 Koshun" Prepared Before Morning Cleaning

Slow extraction with ice and mineral water results in a surprisingly refreshing taste and aroma. Enjoy the change in flavor with a quick hot water extraction for the second infusion.

Ingredients

4g "002 Koshun" tea leaves
2 ice cubes
Appropriate amount of mineral water
100ml of 90°C water (for second infusion)

Brewing Method

Add ingredients to a clear teapot

Put the tea leaves in a clear teapot with the strainer removed. Add one ice cube and mineral water to make a total of 80g.

Wait 30 minutes, then pour the first infusion

Cover and wait for 30 minutes, then slowly pour into a cup with one ice cube to complete the first infusion.

Prepare the second infusion

For the second infusion, steep for 10 seconds with 100ml of 90°C water, then strain into the cup.
